I got to deal roulette for the first time in a long time last night. Good table, ya'll would love it. 25 cent on weekdays and $5 on weekends...They recently changed out all of the chips on the table to see which waitresses were scamming bigger tips by holding out until the weekend. I never heard if they caught any, but I think that would be substantially cheaper than an electronic table and chips. You'd have to have spares of everything, and Murphy's Law states that as soon as the table got really busy, something would break down, probably a holiday weekend. Don't see this happening, IMHO.
