Hi Greg,
Yes, the Greater Waldorf Jaycees chips are in use. Waldorf is in Charles County (not Prince Georges County) and apparently was not affected by the closure last year. There is also a casino running in North Beach in Calvert County. A dealer in Waldorf says they have been operating since the 1960s but I never heard about them until this summer.
I was told that both operations were perfectly legal although most of the people I talked to were reluctant to talk about their operations.
