To be honest, I knew the last letter was a capitol V. Could not figure out why the last letter was a capitol letter. I strongly suspected it was a Canadian chip, but I did not have one from the RD to compare the inserts to.

I am searching my files. I don't think I have ever seen a chip with the city state written upside down like this one.

Anyone else ever seen this.
