Here's an interesting description of a "current" MGM Silver Premium gaming token for sell on E-Bay. I wonder if he/she misplaced a decimal point and added a zero.

This is a limited edition Ten Dollar Gaming Token Ony found on the floor of the MGM Grand Hotel. This token must be won through a slot machine on the Gaming floor. James Dean is on the Obverse and The MGM Lion is on the Reverse. It is a Bi-metic coin with the center being .999 Fine Silver. I saw someone buy one of these on the floor of the casino for $125.00.

I think they more likely saw someone put $125.00 in the machine and bought it that way. :>)

Maybe next year I'll stand on the floor of the MGM showing their tokens and offer them for sell there instead of trading at the Convention! :>)
