I think you mean Barbara Mandrell instead of Barbara Strisand. No BS at Ballys or anywhere else I know of.

There are 2 Mandrell chips at Ballys. Chipco in 95 and Bud Jones in 97.
I think this entertainer series started in 92 with a Billy Ray Cyrus Chipco. The 2nd one was a Chipco Humperdink in 93.
