Bill, As I stated at the start of this thread, I reprinted these facts direct from the Santa Ana Register, our local Orange County Newspaper. I know absolutely nothing about money, either coins or bills, except how to spend and maybe save a little. Ergo, not being an expert , I do think however, that I read somewhere that one can buy uncut sheets from the government (I assume at the mint and through the mail) at face value but I do not know what process one has to go through to get them.

I do have an acquaintance at our local casino that is a coin dealer, and if I don't see an answer posted in this BB to your question, I will ask him and get back to you.
