To be honest, I wish I had never got involved. It was just one of those things that catches your interest. I had no idea there was a buyer involved. I did not get involved for any reason other than it looked like an easy place to prove or disprove a chip. History is what its all about. I feel I am good at asking the right questions and evaluating the answers given. I know when I need to look further. Not a brag, just my feelings. When I contacted the middle man I thought he was a chip collector. He was honest about it and I took up the search knowing he was a middle man.
It appears that every thing I have said to the buyer and middle man is being used to promote sales and is being mis-quoted. I blame myself for this. I never could keep my mouth shut. I am going to say a couple of things and then clam up about this topic. I will write all I know in Gaming Times, in my words. If I can still make the deadline.
At this time I believe the chips were used at both the Sal Sagev and The Golden Gate.
I believe the owner only has 25.
I believe they are roulettes and there are 7 colors.
I believe there are more.
I believe it is unlikely the rest will show, anytime in the near future, if ever.
I also believe there is a second set of chips, possibly the white .25 JIM P mentioned is part of the 2nd set. It just wasn't in the HH auction.
No, I will not research the 2nd set if it ever shows.
I'm done, you can stick a fork in me.
