The mold you are describing sounds like " Small Circles" distributed by Hunt and Co, made at the Burt Co.

If the chip says Yerrington, My guess is, it is from there. Just because the CR does not list it, does not mean it is not from there. The club was open 14 years and only 2 Skey chips are listed. 14 years is a long time to use a hot stamp chip and no re-orders.
