At the convention a person gave Doug to sell at $40.00 each around 8 or 10 Treasure Chest $5.00 chips. Doug put the chips in a hat and allowed individuals to pick only one chip for a cost of $40.00. No one was allowed to buy more than one chip. Doug made nothing on the transaction. Doug DOES NOT own a box of these chips. The person who gave Doug the chips to sell may own more.
