Several years ago Chipco had a big problem with a supplier of resin (holds the chip together)(I think). The chips were not real good to begin with. They lost color with use. Chipco replaced all the bad chips except one(per John Kendall, owner Chipco). The cost to replace them ran over 1 million $ (per JK). The only one not replaced at my last talk with John was Arizona Charlies. AC didn't care. I don't understand why they didn't want new chips free. John does not understand either as they are an embarassement to Chipco.
