In my opinion there is a BIG difference between a dealer serving his list and a dealer who is speculating. Generally, the dealer who is serving a list is sending out ONE chip per customer previously ordered. The customer is a collector. The dealer who is speculating buys the chips with no current customer in mind. He holds the chips in hope that the price goes up. Big difference don't you think??? Best, Jim
