You are 100% right.......BUT, LE's maybe when they first started were
to be used for gaming but when was the last time ANY were made for that
purpose alone? LE's are a 'manufactured collectible' just like BB cards,
proof & unc coins and the new stamps. If you want to collect 'gaming' chips
one has to stick to house chips and obsoletes!
