The Caesars 'overstamp' looks similar to the 'bust' issue at Caesars in Atlantic City. CHIPCO is the chip supplier for Caesars AC but not for Caesars Palace in Vegas. Must have been a sample for CP when they made their last change to the 'chariot' issue. The only CHIPCO I know of used at CP in Vegas was the $25 - 25th Anniversary issue. Nice pick-up though, Don!
