Everyone "knows" about nevada chips and gambling and therein lies the interest. Whenever someone mentions gambling, the first place people think of is Las Vegas. Someone finds 200 Nevada chips and they go for something like $80 each (Our Bar $25). I find 18 previously unavailable Mississippi chips and can't give them away for $35 each! I have found several Mississippi chips of which I have the only known copy and people have told me that they are worth $100-125. What would the only known copy of a Nevada chip be worth? Just remember Bob Mera's Bugsey auction from a few months ago. Fortunately this hobby is expanding quickly and I think that all obsolete chips will increase in value in the near future. Unfortunately the Nevada chips will probably continue to lead the way.
