Send an excellent color reproduction of the chip to

400 W. Pico Blvd.
Los Angles, California 90015

Rquest the following information be provided:
1) Where was the chips sent to?
2) The date and individual the chips were sent to.
3) How many were shipped?
4) How many additional shipments were there?
5) Any other denoms manufactured?

The cost depends upon the time Dennis has to take to research the card file he has access to. The cost will usually run anywhere from $5.00 - $35.00.
However, I know one dealer who was charged $50.00 - must of been a hell of a research.<g>

I would call Dennis first at (213)-749-7636 to alert him that the color reproduction was coming.
