What does it cost to have TR King supply the info on the chip? What is the procedure to obtain the information? Do you have to send them a chip, a photocopy or what? What address do you send it to and do you address it to anyones attention in particular?

Also, for any of you authors out there, if you have paid for this service and have had a chip's origins identified I think it would be useful if your description of the chip included the fact that the attribution has been certified by the manufacturer.
