Not sure what that was all about at Mavericks, But I do know for sure, there is another casino in Co with $1 chips, that have not been on the tables since right after opening. They inventory each year as you described. They don't sell them because they would have to change this inventory. It would creat 10 minutes of paper work. Not because of gaming regs.
