We have one of our own on e-bay listing 2 LE chips obs, because when he went to the casino cashier they were out, so he listed them obs....I say these chips are not obs.....I purchased them after him, as someone turned them in... you can't get any 1998 Fourth of July Chips at the FQs, are they obs?
