I fully understand a dealer wanting to re-coup his investment in a certain chip. He has to have cash to keep buying. I do not like the high sale price of a few of the chips and then the whole saleing to other dealers. If he wants the high price he should keep all of them and control the market until their gone. This is a form of greed, discussed in other threads. It does turn chippers off. We will never stop it so the only answer is to get all information possible before you buy.
