To early in the season for the big run. Some people were catching a few here or there but not like when they REALLY run. In mid to late September it's shoulder to shoulder on the Salmon River up here. It's like every fisherman in the world is here. Settled for a nice size largemouth bass & enjoyed the great weather. Had a great time & a great day. A few got away but they'll be there for the next trip. Thanks for the tips.
