Neal-thanks for your post. I am also sorry for the abruptness of my own response(I actually read the Chequers BBS<VBG>). I guess what was eating me was the large volume of negative,(and IMO petty) sniping that had been going on the board over the last several days, the thing with Rene just being the latest example. It just seems out of character, given that everyone I have dealt with as a newbie in this hobby has been so exceptionally friendly and willing to share their experience with me. While I don't necessarily share your view that only important stuff should be posted on the board (because lets face it, if we really had important stuff to do, we wouldn't be so possessed by this board, although admittedly the length of the "two Bobs" thread exceeded any reasonable expectation of relevance)I do believe that it is possible to have heated, passionate debates over minor matters without degenerating to personal attacks. As you say, it is difficult on this board to discern the true extent (or lack) of vindictiveness in a post. Whew! All that said, why can't we all just get along? Mike
