I played that game somewhere during the convention. Perhaps the Las Vegas Hilton? Back in the old days I wrote what was probably the first Monopoly game for a computer that actually played the game with a human so I am kind of a Monopoly afficianodo. When I saw the slot machine version I was drawn to it. I wish I hadn't been. It sucked $100 or so out of me and I never got to play any of the extra "bells & whistles". In all fairness though, it seemed like everyone else sitting at this bank of machines was winning.
