I too used to have a problem when mailing chips in a plain paper envelope and stapled between two pieces of light cardboard. Not only did the chips get broken, they would get squeezed out of the ends and lost forever. At least you can take a broken chip back to the casino and they will replace it. Since I've gone to padded bags, I've not had a problem. Archie
