There are a maximum of 999 Convention Chips in circulation. Check out the scan of the one I received the other day. The person I got it from had it packed very well, but the PO just butchered it! The sender was very gracious in saying he would send me another. So if there is anyone out there that has 999 of these ...you got em all!
