I suffer from the same problem, type and then think.
Most of this board does.
Take a look at the length of this thread on nothing...

people jumping on the man
the man apologizing
people analyzing what he has done
apologizing to him
thanking others for proving themelves wrong
others who felt he was wrong apologizing for critizing
people critizing the critizers
Apologizing for critizing
critizing the apolgizers
people changing their minds and going in the other direction
people begging for this to stop
Everybody claiming to be friends
and showing support for the person not the action
was there anything terribly done

The board is a bulletin board.... for MESSAGES
this string could have been avoided with a private email message
no name calling, no defending, not apology...
