I visited the Gaming Emporium in AC today, and as usual I proceeded to examine chips consigned in their very popular 30-day auction.
To say the least, I was SHOCKED to see both the FREE Paulson-Fiesta
chip to celebrate the 10th anniversary of chipping, and the FREE campaign
chipco for the election of Sarles and O'Neal to club office.
The consigned lots are displayed showing only a lot number, and do not
indicate the chip owner. I did not think it was proper to ask Bob for the name
of the chip owner. (Lots were assigned consecutive lot numbers, which sort of indicates the same person likely consigned both.)
No minimum bids were stated, and thus far, no one had placed a bid for either of the chips.
But, I felt nothing but disgust for the gall of that chip owner for his/her attempt
to sell chips which were and are intended to be for free distribution.
