It seems no one is very happy with the information (maybe not facts, since I do not purport to know all the facts )I have to offer and that is from the manufacturers records as well as conversations with the consignor that bou9ght these "medallions". If Gaming ever had them pulled, I have no knowledge of the occurance. The Hard Rock people told me they sold them all. I cannot find any for sale under $200. I have chippers and Hard Rock collectors asking for these at every show.
Also, why do collectors complain when chip values rise? Isn't this some indication that the hobby is healthy and may attract more collectors. Would there be this ineterest if the chips were depreciating rather than appreciating? Would you collect if prices were going down? Would you buy another chip/ Would it be as much fun? I really don't think so. Mel
