A friend from the Northwest tells me that Harrah's will discontinue managing the
Skagit Valley casino in Washington state, on November 2.
Management will be assumed by Excelsior Gaming, with the property to be
renamed "Skagit Valley Casino Resort".
Hang on to your Harrah's Skagit Valley chips, they will soon be obsolete.
