Netscape help!

I use to be able to retrieve my messages by doing the following: I would go to Netscape Communicator, double click on Netscape mailbox, and that would take me directly to the message center where I could just click the "get Message" icon and then my messages would apprear without having to go into "inbox."

Now, if I take the same steps, instead of directly going to the message center, I get linked directly into the "inbox", than have to go back and retrieve my messsages in the "get message" icon and then return to the "inbox" to see my messages. Can someone tell me what I might have done that altered the original setup I had and/or at least tell how to fix it.

In the meantime I am now going first to communicator, then Message center, then to the "get messages" icon, then to the inbox. In other words, I'm trying to eliminate one extra step.

Now if this isn't the ultimate epitome of lazyness, I would like to hear what is.
