At the Wednesday night trade session, a "chipper" had set up shop at his own table where he displayed his wares with clearly marked prices on all items. He was on the side of the room near the door that led to the restrooms. I walked out through the door & didn't give it second thought. When I came back into the room, I noticed his name badge, turned mine over so he couldn't see my name ( I saw that ploy in a James Bond movie) & began to look over his stuff. I saw chips that I needed & asked if he was willing to trade. To paraphrase, he said, "I don't trade chips. I sell them." I simply walked away & said nothing to those I was trading with at the table that I was at. I have since contacted Mike Skelton about what I saw & wonder if anybody else witnessed the same thing. He did not have a dealers badge & had no table at the convention. This sort of action is disgusting & needs to be addressed.
