i have to go along with Rich. There was just too many collectors for too few chips. I arived at the Orleans that tuesday night and bought 2 chips. When I looked at them and saw the mintage I went right back to the cage and got 2 more. Not because that was all the would let me have(they never said there was a limit),but because that is all I wanted. I'm sure some of the dealers had friends and family with them to get the extras they needed for their business.
