What a pleasure to read a note I agree with 100%. You have touched upon many different topics that I believe are important to/for our hobby.

The convention was great!! Mike and the volunteers did well.

Don't get to disgusted.<g> Hang in there. People like you can and will make a difference involving our hobby. Others feel like you and I but don't voice an opinion for fear of being accused of causing trouble, being disruptive, etc. To those I say too bad!!!

The hobby is changing but we must not loose sight of why we probably got involved with it in the first place - FUN!!! Let's bring fun back to the hobby. We don't need nor want people who buy up issues of chips and deprive the "true" collector from getting one or two at a fair price. The hobby is better off without these money hungry individuals.

We don't need people who come to our wine & cheese trade session with the intention of SELLING ONLY and telling other collectors THEY DON'T TRADE BUT ONLY SELL!!! I wonder how others felt when this individual told them this. Makes me sick.

The name of our club is just fine. As my dear friend Janice O'Neal believes why change it? It tells exactly what we are COLLECTORS. Others wish to change the name - why? To leave the word COLLECTOR out of it?
