According to a brief story in either the Las Vegas Sun or the R/J--I forget which--last week, the Mandalay people said that the Pennsylvania engineers had stopped the sinkage and that they were back on schedule. But the last night in Vegas we were on top of the Rio and I noted that all lights at the Mandalay were off--whereas on the weekend of the 8th, sinking or not, the lights were lit.
