That may have been the game I saw (I do know that a few stardust roulettes ended up in my pockets). That is an interesting way to bet on the same number coming up twice in a row-bet every number until it happens. Unfortunately if the odds are 1:1444 and they are only paying 1:1000 then there is a stiff house advantage.
