I would assume, until I hear differently, that the casinos allow the girls to do whatever they want with the chips they get, even if they are roulettes. Now the question comes up, which I'm sure will upset someone on this BB, are these chips "stolen" or are they purchased or exchanged by a casino employee for cash?
