Don't know if you want a goofy reply or the correct answer. The corect practive is that the cocktail waitress will just go to the Floor Supervisor and he'll redeem the roulette chips at the table for her at whatever value you are playing them for. As for as tokens/chips they just redeem them along with quarters/nickels/paper dollars and cash out them out at the cage just like regular folk!
