Mel Jung is the one to answer that question. HR had those tokens 8-9 years ago in their Cafe gift shop. But Gaming commission had them remove them because they were same size as gaming chips and underaged kids were getting their hands on them. They were available 9-12 months. At least this is the story I've pieced together. I've been trying to get them for myself but $1000 is mighty steep.
