Hi Gene; Question for you just for "discussion", without attacking anyone or resorting to name calling;

Do you think that if someone who owns roulettes that he/she KNOWS were taken from a casino clandestinely, that he would be in possession of "stolen property"? How would one know if the chip was "taken" or if it was "purchased" after the casino closed? Most every dealer table I stopped at during the convention had roulette chips for sale? Do you think they are all dishonest? Just wondering.
