I realize different states vary & I am probably prejudiced by my state. In Washington, by definition, the difference between a cardroom and a casino is house banking and all the associated controls. That doesn't mean cardrooms don't have really nice chips (witness the old Drift on Inn from Seattle). I have only been in three Indian casinos in the San Diego area of California. They had an employee sitting at the Blackjack tables acting as the bank. Nobody else could buy it. That looks like house banking to me. In addition, they were raking about 10% per hand, win or loose. Since, at its best, Blackjack is a 2% game, I didn't stick around very long. In short, Casino Chips, Cardroom Chips, Bingo Parlor Chips -- if they look good, I gotta have one!
