I've been storing my slot cards in pages designed for pre-paid telephone cards. They're the same size and hold 8 to a page. The page is smaller than 8-1/2x11 but is designed to fit a 3 ring binder. Ultra Pro makes them, the same company that makes the baseball card pages.
