I agree 100% with the caviat that the games must be house banked. Up here in WA State they are begining to license non-Indian casinos as part of a trial plan. They require licensed personnell, controlled count rooms, the whole bit. Many of these are less than 10 tables, but have spent a good bit expanding and refurbing. Taking money off their tables is as much fun as anywhere else. Many of them also have some nice chips. Query for Mr Mesquite -- How big was Harvey's when he started??
