I still wonder what would happen if you took back a set of the GO chips without the lucite frame. Somebody said that the casino would only redeem them at face without the frame, but they sold them from the cage for $100. The Colorado gaming regs say that a chip must be redeemed for the value it was sold for and makes no mention of frames. This may be the loophole we need to convince gaming that the regulations need to be tightened up.
