If casinos accept foreign chips and casinos are allowed to sell unapproved for table play cash value chips in the gift shop, what happens if a casino accepts a foreign unapproved chip? Will the issueing casino pay the casino that accepted it? I believe they would then be in violation of Colorado regs. You could not give cash for an unapproved chip. This would also be in violation of Federal laws as they state cash value chips can not be used in gift shops for any reason. I know none of you have the answers to these questions. These little problems could be the reason to lobby for uniform Co laws.
JUST WONDERING.
