I believe Nv Gaming will argue that roulettes are covered under the regs. It does not say they are not covered, hence they are covered.

Keep in mind the Nv regs are written to make casinos obey a Federal law. Wording does not say you can not leave the premises with chips. It says you can not use them any where as money, including the casino gift ship. It says the casino always owns them. It does not say they have to stop you from going home with them. We need the Federal Law to understand the Nv regs.

A casino does not make money every time you leave with a roulette. We just ordered new roulettes. They cost .65 cents each. we have a .50 minimum. Many casinos have a .25 cent minimum. Not a big deal, just setting the record straight.
