I've told myself for a week not to get involved in this thread. But, here I go.
I think you both are right. I think you are just not understanding each other.
The odds of hitting any number at roulette is 1 in 38, every time the wheel is spun.
The odds don't change unless you decide BEFORE you spin that you intend to hit the same number twice in a row on the NEXT TWO SPINS. Then the odds increase.
Right???
