Basic question. Does the Nevada Gaming Commission consider them to be casinos and licensed as such or are they considered as a pub, bar etc. and hold that class license? I don't believe you have to be a mega operation to impress people to be considered a CASINO. I know that the OLD RENO is Reno, NV is considered a Casino and you can not get much closer to a 1940's operation.
