I can not believe that LV gaming would not share regs with another state. Commissioneers from every gaming state have visited here, and patterned their regs after us. Nv, has tried very hard to help other states. Bad gaming regs reflect on all gaming. Remember we were the 1st. Our represenetives in congress have led the fight to regulate the Indian reservations.
