The difference between Colorado Gaming regs on chips and AC, LV, and Ms regs on chips is, the other 3 can not sell chips over face. Chips are for gaming use and they can't be for gaming use unless they are on the tables.
The Hard Rock did it. I can confirm that gaming came down on them. They escaped without a fine, by the skins on there chinny chinny chins. Did everyone think they didn't do it again because they desided they didn't need the extra money?
Mr Turner is right, there is no law against it in Co. we need to convince him, there should be. Lee has the right idea, do not spend your money at the Lodge. It is a good idea but a band aid. Co gaming laws need to catch up with other gaming juristrictions.(BOY-that ain't spelled right) What would happen if you had 20 of these sets, your house got robbed, the robber does not know they are not chips. He takes them to another casino in BH and plays them. The casino gets burned because they are not chips. I am assuming you can play other casinos chips next door in Co. This is only one of the many reasons we have strict chip regs. I firmly believe over faced chips would violate the federal laws that allow a casino to issue chips. i believe the Co GBC is allowing Co casinos to violate federal law. I just do not have time to research it.
GOOD LUCK LEE, I AM SURE YOU WILL MAKE YOUR HOBBY PROUD
