Good casinos have players returning because of goodwill, goodtime, and good atmosphere. Ok so some won there. But not everybody wins. When you don't win what do you remember about the casino? Dirty, no drinks, terrible meals, chips sold over face??? I have no points on my Lodge Casino Card, I will not have any in the future. On opening day I even won there, card was too hard to get that day, so no points.
