Crescent Real Estate has filed a federal lawsuit in District Court to stop its proposed purchase of Station Casinos according to the Wall Street Journal today. The agreement was for $635 million and was questioned by preferred stock holders who were unhappy with it. A scheduled stockholders meeting was cancelled and that triggered the lawsuit.
